Who We Are
The Coastal Bend Film Society is a community built around a shared love of film and storytelling. We bring together filmmakers, creatives, students, film lovers, and audiences to connect, learn, collaborate, and help grow film culture throughout the Coastal Bend.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote film education, support local and independent filmmakers, and build a stronger creative film community in the Coastal Bend through screenings, workshops, discussions, events, and shared experiences.
Our Vision
We want to be the trusted, welcoming hub for film and storytelling in the Coastal Bend, a place where creativity is encouraged, knowledge is shared, collaborations begin, and everyone has an opportunity to be part of the local film community.
What We’re Building
We believe a thriving film community needs more than filmmakers. It needs audiences, educators, students, businesses, artists, volunteers, and people willing to champion local storytelling. That’s what we’re building.
